We are excited to welcome a talented and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who has a knack for data entry to our team! In this role, you will be the friendly face of our company, helping to create a wonderful experience for our visitors while also playing a vital part in keeping our records accurate and organized.

• Greet and warmly welcome all visitors with a cheerful smile.
• Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the right department or person.
• Carry out data entry tasks with care and efficiency, using software like QuickBooks.
• Keep client records up to date, ensuring they are both accurate and thorough.
• Provide support for general administrative tasks as needed, helping out various departments within the organization.
• Handle the incoming and outgoing mail and packages with care.
• Work together with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly in the office.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; if you have additional education or certification in office administration, that’s a lovely bonus!
• We’re looking for candidates with hands-on experience in data entry, who really value accuracy and have an eye for detail.
• Experience with NetSuite Oracle software would be a significant advantage.
• Your communication skills should be top-notch, both when speaking and writing.
• Being well-organized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment is essential.
• We appreciate a friendly and professional attitude, along with a commitment to delivering fantastic customer service.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must!
