Your ideas should feel so natural that people barely realize they're looking at an ad.Key Responsibilities:Cook up creative strategies for videos and social campaigns that grab attention and actually convertCraft scripts that hook people and make them forget they're watching an adShape-shift your creative approach based on who's watchingTeam up with marketing, design, and content folks to keep everything on-brandPitch your ideas, test them, and fine-tune based on what worksKeep pushing content to perform better across all our channelsWhat We're Looking For: Someone who gets fired up about fresh ideas, can write in different voices depending on who you're talking to, and creates work that feels authentic while delivering solid results.
