As a Customer Service Representative with Assistantly, you’ll play a critical role in managing inbound calls and weekend outbound calls while ensuring a seamless experience for patients, caregivers, and insurance representatives. Your communication skills and professionalism will help you resolve inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure smooth operations across the organization. What You’ll Do:
