We are looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ready to contribute to the success of our practice and the well-being of our patients.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using our electronic health record system.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Assist patients with insurance verification and billing questions to facilitate a smooth billing process.Provide information about our services, treatment options, and wellness programs to educate patients.Handle patient complaints and concerns with empathy and a problem-solving approach.Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or health care is a plus.Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the health care sector.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with patients.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient records and scheduling.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.Familiarity with electronic health records and scheduling software is preferred.Empathetic, patient-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute positively to the patient experience.
