Job responsibilities:

  • You will be working indirectly with customers and providing support over technical and nontechnical queries related to the product.
  • Handle customer complaints actively and ensure its resolution on time.
  • Troubleshoot any technical inadequacies.
  • Track the common issues faced by the customers and follow-up regarding the same with the technical team.
  • You will be part of the Onboarding and Support process with the Customer Success team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with clients over different channels.
  • Optimising Support Process and Maintaining Support Documentation, Knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Notifying any technical bug and feature enhancement requests to the development team and updating clients for the same.
  • Experience Required- 3+ years
  • Educational Qualification- B.tech
  • Good written and Analytical Skills
  • Willing to interact with Clients (Domestic & International)
  • Google Analytics Knowledge will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of Digital marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Perform root cause analysis and follow through a resolution.
  • Understanding on task prioritization. 
  • Capability to perform multitasking and play cross-functional roles.
