Jalasoft is on the lookout for a dedicated DB Developer who is focused on providing exceptional client support. In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their database needs and challenges, ensuring that our database solutions align with their business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing client database performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to improve their experience and satisfaction.

We are looking for a DB Developer with at least 3 years of experience in providing database solutions and support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, committed, and able to collaborate effectively with technical clients while delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for MySQL database solutions, including queries, views, and stored procedures.

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design, configure, and model databases based on business needs.

• Manage relationships with technical clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with MySQL (queries, views, stored procedures, etc.).

• Strong technical skills in database design, systems configuration, and data modeling.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with repository tools (e.g., Bitbucket, Git).

• Ability to work with business requirements and align technical solutions accordingly.

• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Proactive, with a strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.

• Quick learner, willing to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Back-end development experience, QA experience or Automation experience.

• Basic knowledge of ETL processes.

• Familiarity with Linux fundamentals.

• Experience with AWS S3 or similar cloud storage solutions.

• Basic scripting knowledge in Python.
