You will build and maintain data models, improve data collection and reporting processes, and work cross-functionally to ensure reliable, accurate, and up-to-date data is available for decision-making. Your role will involve writing SQL for ETL flows, collaborating with engineering teams to evolve the data stack, and advocating for a data-driven culture throughout the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys digging into data, and is passionate about creating impactful, actionable insights.Accountabilities:Design, create, and maintain data models that capture key business metrics to inform operational and strategic decisions.Write optimized SQL for ETL processes, improving data collection and reporting workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making.Partner with engineering teams to evolve and maintain the data stack, including data warehouse, ETL processes, and BI tools.Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively and facilitate informed decision-making.Evangelize a data-driven mentality and promote best practices for data usage across the organization. 6+ years of experience in an analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence role.Solid experience with data architecture, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.Proficiency in writing high-performance, legible, and optimized SQL.Experience with at least one BI platform (Tableau, Looker, Sigma, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to various stakeholders.Strong project management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and levels.
