Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Data Engineer for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient data architecture to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide optimal solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move and transform data from source systems to data warehouses.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for the extraction, transformation, and loading of large volumes of data.
• Create and maintain data models, ensuring consistency, integrity, and performance of databases.
• Implement data quality checks and ensure adherence to data governance policies and standards.
• Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide the necessary infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring data availability and reliability.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for data architecture, processes, and workflows.
• Implement and adhere to data security and compliance measures to protect sensitive information.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Expertise in data engineering [Databricks, PostgreSQL].
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipelines [Databricks].
• Knowledge of data quality and validation techniques [PostgreSQL].
• Proficiency in data integration and management [Azure].
