We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated Data Labeling Specialist to join our growing Data Innovation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for data accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Data Annotation: Accurately label, categorize, and annotate datasets following detailed guidelines and project requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Team Leads to clarify labeling instructions and provide feedback on data quality.
- Quality Assurance: Review and validate labeled data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Tool Usage: Utilize data annotation tools and platforms effectively, adhering to project deadlines and quality benchmarks.
- Documentation: Follow and contribute to labeling documentation, including guidelines and best practices.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to labeling workflows to increase efficiency and maintain high data quality standards.
- Feedback Integration: Implement feedback from quality control checks and Team Leads to continuously improve performance.
- 1+ year of experience in data labeling, data entry, or a similar data-related role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Familiarity with data annotation tools and processes is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing project guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and workflows is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
