Demand and Testing Coordinator

Athens, Attiki, Greece

As part of a dynamic Business Analysis &Application Development Governance Team, your aim will be to manage the demand for software services, coordinating testing activities and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Your day-to-day:

  • Evaluate and prioritize IT software project demands based on business value, feasibility, and resource availability.
  • Maintain the demand management process, ensuring that all requests are efficiently tracked and addressed.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and software teams to define solution requirements and scope for demand requests.
  • Conduct regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on demand status, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as service fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and oversee testing activities, ensuring the creation of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to define testing requirements and timelines.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), monitoring and reporting on testing progress, defect status, and overall product quality.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of software solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • Educational background: BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a relevant technology-related field.
  • Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in demand management and/or testing coordination.
  • Solid knowledge of demand management and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and its components; knowledge of Confluence and Zephyr will be considered a plus.
  • Critical and analytical thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
  • Advanced organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results with limited supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Greek and English.
