Salary: P60,000 to P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Approximately 3 years of experience in Digital Content creative
• Experience in developing ideas and content creation for videos and fit for channel content for digital media
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications
• Sound knowledge of Adobe CS Suite and video editing software (After Effect and more)
• Sound knowledge of graphic design, editing and video production.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience within retail and/or FMCG industry or working at an advertising agency
• Understanding of website UX and usability design principles
• Understanding of print production

What will you do?

• Develop and execute holistic creative ideas across catalogue, digital, website, POS, OOH, EDM and PR, etc for: Integrated Brand campaigns, Marketing and/or PR activation campaigns, Local Marketing Activities
• Develop and execute instore POS solutions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with the company's brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Manage and optimize content across various digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide support to the Head of Creative and participate in the research, analysis, reporting, and/or contract negotiation to improve our operational efficiency, when required.
• Listen to the requirement of internal stakeholders and deliver creative solutions that connect the business requirement with customer needs.
