Noxlumyn is on the lookout for a Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist Location: RemoteTimings:● International Working Hours | Australian time zone ● Monday to FridayAbout the Role: We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist to manage and optimize marketing workflows, automation systems, and ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in platforms like Go High Level (GHL) and Zapier, as well as proficiency in email marketing, creative development, and performance tracking. If you're an innovative marketer with a knack for automation, compelling copywriting, and cross-platform advertising, we want you to join our team.Responsibilities:Workflow and System ManagementManage the Go High Level (GHL) System platform effectively.Design and implement automations and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline processes.Email MarketingCreate and design visually engaging email templates.Send and manage email campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.Landing Pages and FormsDevelop and design funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys for lead generation and data collection.Product ManagementSet up products, promotional coupons, and special offers within the GHL system.CopywritingWrite compelling, persuasive copy for Meta Ads, Email campaigns, Landing pages, and Marketing creatives. Creative DevelopmentDesign static image-based creatives for ads and campaigns.Create engaging video ads and marketing creatives.Automation IntegrationDesign and manage automation workflows using Zapier to connect and synchronize systems across platforms.Administrative Support and CoordinationManage communication via email and oversee ticket management/customer support within the system.Lead onboarding meetings and prepare required documents, presentations, and Google Sheets.Collaborate with team members on web and social media projects.Provide weekly updates for ad campaign performance every Monday and Friday.Assist in creating, improving, and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Act as a webinar moderator when necessary.Meta Ads Campaign ManagementCreate, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Track campaign performance data and update tracker sheets for actionable insights.Complete and maintain Meta Ads brief sheets for strategic alignment.Requirements:Proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) and Zapier for managing systems and automation.Experience in designing and managing email campaigns, landing pages, and funnels.Strong copywriting skills for marketing creatives, ads, and email campaigns.Expertise in static and video creative design for marketing.Hands-on experience with ad campaign management on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.Personal Skills:A sharp eye for detail in managing workflows, designs, and campaigns.Comfortable working independently while effectively collaborating with team members.Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to build collaboration across departments.What is in it for you?Paid Time OffWork From Anywhere!
