We are currently looking for Digital Sales Analyst to join our Customer Value Management Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.
By Joining This Role, You'll Play a Crucial Role in driving the organization’s online sales growth by leveraging digital platforms, online marketing techniques, and data analytics to attract and convert leads. You'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver digital sales initiatives. Your efforts will directly impact key performance indicators such as digital sales lead volumes, NPS, churn rates, and cost-to-acquire, ultimately contributing to the organization's success.
