Proven experience in AI research leadership, with 6-10 years of experience in pioneering AI research and driving innovation.Strong expertise in large language model development, including fine-tuning agentic models and understanding context window efficiency.Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.A strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences and journals.Experience leading and mentoring teams of 5-10 researchers, fostering collaboration and achieving high-impact results.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, especially in a remote environment.A Ph.D. or MS in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred but not required for exceptional candidates with equivalent experience.
