Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the financial analysis function for development projects, ensuring accurate financial modeling and assessment of all investments.
• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and financial assessments for upcoming development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary data for financial planning and analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations to support executive decision-making.
• Identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigating financial exposure in development projects.
• Establish and enhance financial processes and frameworks to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in development financial analysis to inform decision-making and strategic objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• A minimum of 12-16 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on development or real estate finance
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and project evaluation
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing teams
• Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel skills
