TAT employs more than 600 employees’ worldwide, with facilities in the US and Israel.The Director of FP&A is a significant role within TAT Technologies leading a key vertical in the financial management of the company. This includes financial forecasting, KPI’s, budgeting process, operating plan, projects/bids costing, which includes price costing and pricing models to support winning proposals, cost analysis and cost controls. The Director of FP&A will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities and other projects requested by management. This role acts as the analytical/economic engine of the company to provide “optimal” business decision making. The Director of FP&A reports to the CFO and will work closely with the commercial team.Main ResponsibilitiesCreate costing and pricing model for the various product lines and key customersDevelop tools to monitor and report on profitability, cost increases, annual price escalations, and recommendations for future improvementsDedicated to report on key KPI’s and cost drivers to facilitate a performance dialogue, manage multiple real time cost control to support GM’s and BUM with meeting their monthly and quarterly goalsPartner directly with the financial controllers and operation directors to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviewsAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceAd-Hoc Reporting and AnalysisDevelop financial models and analyses to support sales opportunities and strategic initiativesNew proposal and contract review and risk assessments including unusual costs, investments needed and legal wordingImplement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool, Salesforce and Dashboard reportsImprove performance by evaluating processes to drive efficienciesLead the enhancement and compliance of Business Finance processes, standards and systemsManage a team of five to ten people across various locations Professional Experience/ Qualifications Minimum RequirementsBS in Economics, Finance or Business3+ years of experience in similar or progressive roles (manufacturing company experience is a plus) General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principlesExperience with a major company or a division of a large company Hands on, able to roll up sleeves and perform day to day activities besides managerial roleAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levelsA demonstrated record of successGood professional judgment High energy and a passion for a growth-oriented environmentHighly organized and ability to prioritize and multi-task.Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organizationAbility to think creatively, highly driven, and self-motivatedThe ability to work in a dynamic environment Work experience in a multi culture working environment including experience in working in matrix organization and reporting routines to corporate Exposure to development of cost and pricing models Preferred RequirementsMBAAviation industry MRO experience TAT Technologies is dedicated to providing an inclusive, fun, and unique workplace.
