About the Role:
We are seeking Disability Support Workers to join the team on a casual basis in Lucas, Victoria. In this role, you will be providing 1:1 support both in the home and out in the community, enabling and empowering the people we support to live the life they choose.
We're looking for individuals who are happy to roll up their sleeves, get involved and encourage fun and well-being. You'll need to be comfortable participating in physical activities such as going for walks, swimming or engaging in other outdoor or community-based activities. Your willingness to engage and support individuals enjoy these moments will help to build confidence, develop new skills and embrace life to the fullest.
