Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to discern their online payment needs and offer tailored consultation.
• Support clients in the setup and integration of our payment solutions into their e-commerce platforms.
• Handle inquiries related to payment processing and technical matters in Dutch.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the value of our payment systems.
• Work collaboratively with product development and customer support teams to enhance service delivery.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
• Stay current with trends and developments in the online payment industry.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or relevant roles in online payment systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce processes and online payment solutions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to create and maintain client relationships.
• Aptitude for understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions.
• Familiarity with payment platforms and associated technologies is a plus.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Willingness to adapt working hours to meet client needs as required.
