Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is eager to fill the role of a Dutch Speaking Consultant in our Online Payment Solutions Department. This position is pivotal in enhancing our client relationships as you provide expert support tailored to the needs of our Dutch-speaking clients. You will work closely with customers to ensure the successful integration of our online payment solutions, offering guidance and assistance every step of the way. Your role will include addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating training to help clients maximize the benefits of our offerings. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their online payment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients in the implementation and integration process of our payment systems on their platforms.
  • Respond to inquiries and offer technical support related to payment processes in Dutch.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower clients to fully utilize our payment solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to improve service offerings based on client feedback.
  • Gather insights from clients to drive continuous improvement and adaptation of our payment solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in online payments.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in consulting or customer support related to online payment systems is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce practices and online payment solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Aptitude for analyzing client needs and delivering effective solutions.
  • Technical familiarity with payment platforms and related technologies is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
