Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on their online payment solution needs and provide expert guidance.

• Provide training and support to clients to maximize the value of our solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online payments.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in consulting or a customer-facing role within online payment systems is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online payment solutions and e-commerce environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Technical proficiency in payment platforms and software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive customer service approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate client schedules, as necessary.
