About the role:
The Electrical Services Lead, part of the Operations Services team, plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of all electrical sub-systems across the CDC ANZ portfolio. This role is responsible for design reviews and documentation related to electrical management systems, while also providing support for commissioning and operations at all CDC locations. The Electrical Services Lead contributes to electrical procedural quality assurance, process management, risk mitigation, and the implementation of industry best practices.

This role is ideal for someone with proven expertise as an electrical leader in a critical infrastructure environment. You'll use a consultative approach and strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You're driven by continuous improvement and passionate about developing and implementing best practices. We’re looking for someone confident in their expertise—able to stand by their decisions and navigate challenges with assurance.
