The Email Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving conversions.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of email marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.Create, test, and schedule email campaigns using marketing automation tools.Segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and compliance with best practices. 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related field.Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Enthusiastic about learning and staying current with industry trends.
