Provide technical leadership across Backend, Frontend, and DevOps teams. Evaluate and select the best-fit tech stack, cloud platforms, and frameworks. Establish and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments. Lead migration, modernization, and refactoring efforts for legacy systems. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
