We are looking for an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in advising clients on best practices for managing their content lifecycle and implementing ECM solutions that enhance efficiency and adherence to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze clients' content management needs and recommend tailored ECM solutions to improve workflow and storage efficiency.
• Assist in designing and implementing ECM strategies that align with the clients' business goals, including document management, digital asset management, and records management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ECM solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on ECM tools and practices to ensure successful adoption and utilization.
• Develop documentation, including process maps, user guides, and technical specifications.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with the latest solutions in content management.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in ECM/ Document Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively in English, in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrate a passion for technology and willingness to learn new technologies
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance associated with content management is preferred.
