The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced attorneys to join our network as Estate Planning Network Attorneys. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your solo practice or start a new legal venture while being supported by a collaborative team and comprehensive back-office resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential legal documentation and services in estate planning, business formation, and asset protection 
• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their goals and needs 
• Develop comprehensive estate plans that meet clients' specific requirements 
• Collaborate with other network attorneys to share ideas and develop consistent approaches to common planning issues

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
• Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
• Existing private practice.
• Medicaid planning is highly desirable.
• Reciprocity with adjacent state is a plus
