What You’ll Do

• Work directly with, and execute trades for portfolio managers across different cryptocurrency assets and trading strategies
• Book trades, monitor positions and risks in the portfolios
• Implement and maintain codebase for algorithmic trading strategies
• Monitor uptime and performance, investigate technical issues of algorithmic trading strategies
• Maintain trading counterparty and broker relationships
• Work with developers and quantitative analysts to improve systems, optimise strategies
• Liaise with Operations, Finance and Risk teams to resolve any issues
• Work across market time zones, which include nights and weekends

• Proficiency in Python, especially in the context of financial modelling, data analysis, and algorithm research and development
• 1-2 years of experience in trading in any asset class, knowledge in FX Options or Cryptocurrencies is advantageous
• Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies
• Familiarity with trade execution is a plus
• Ability and capacity to work in a 24/7 market
• Strong collaborative skills and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment; the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
• A keen eye for details and strong analytical skills
• Clear and articulate communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and make fast-paced decisions under pressure
