With novel AI features deeply integrated with platforms like ServiceTitan, the client is at the forefront of transforming service delivery in these sectors.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and highly intuitive Executive Assistant to support the founder in various ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong customer empathy, high attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs. This role will involve managing emails, scheduling, assisting with administrative tasks, and occasionally reviewing customer service calls.ResponsibilitiesManage and triage emails, ensuring timely responses and prioritization.Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other logistics.Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.Conduct research and provide summaries to support decision-making.Review and QA customer service calls when available.Maintain and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.Strong ability to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgment.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.Experience with email and calendar management tools.Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.Customer-focused mindset with a high level of empathy.
