If you're passionate about culinary excellence and ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Culinary Leadership: Lead the kitchen team to prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency, creativity, and top-notch quality in every plate. Menu Development: Design seasonal menus based on fresh, local ingredients, incorporating client dietary preferences and maintaining cost efficiency. Team Management & Training: Supervise, mentor, and train kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Foster an environment of growth and development within the team. Inventory & Supply Management: Oversee kitchen inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders to ensure smooth kitchen operations while staying within budgetary guidelines. Operational Excellence: Ensure kitchen operations comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, adhering to OSHA guidelines and ServSafe protocols. Guest Interaction: Occasionally interact with guests, accommodating special requests or dietary needs to ensure a memorable dining experience. Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in high-end corporate kitchens, hospitality, or catering operations, with a strong understanding of managing large-scale food production in a corporate setting.Proven leadership ability, including experience in team training, staff development, and managing kitchen operations.Strong background in menu planning, food cost control, inventory management, and ensuring consistent quality.In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and OSHA standards. ServSafe certification is required.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in corporate environments, understanding the importance of consistency, regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
