Job Summary:Interwood Mobel is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive Costing to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing product costs, analyzing profit margins, and providing pricing strategies that align with the company's business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain product cost sheets, calculating the costs associated with materials, labor, and overhead.Analyze cost variances and provide insights for cost control and reduction strategies.Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to obtain accurate cost data for raw materials and processes.Support pricing strategy decisions by providing detailed cost analyses and profit margin calculations.Assist in preparing budget forecasts, evaluating financial performance, and monitoring budget adherence.Generate periodic reports on costing trends, cost-saving opportunities, and recommendations for management.Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at driving efficiency and reducing costs across the organization. Key Requirements:BS in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or Technical Education.3-5 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP B1 systems.Should have CAD skills to read and understand drawings.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Medical Insurance- Provident Fund- EOBI- Commissions/Incentives- Paid Leaves- Easy loan and advance salary facility- Alternate Saturday Off
