ELVALHALCOR - Copper &Alloys Extrusion Division on behalf of Reynolds Cuivre is searching for a detail-oriented FINANCIAL ANALYST with a deep understanding of financial principles in the metal industry &business analytics, to analyze financial data &prepare regular reports, as a key member of the Finance department in Athens.

Role Description

Key responsibilities:
Analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to assess company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, including profitability analyses and cost-saving initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and optimize business processes.
Monitor key performance indicators
Ensure compliance with corporate standards.
Support annual internal &external audits

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance &economics
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Financial Analyst, preferably in an international or commercial company.
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial analysis tools.
Excellent command of English.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
