The expectation is basic REAL ESTATE 101 i.e. knowledge of HOW, WHEN, WHERE, WHAT, AND WHY of the UAE Realty Landscape through a vision binoculars of DUBAI 2030.Assist and advise clients in purchasing directly from developers and ownersProvide clients with updates on the off-plan market, including new launches and pricingFacilitate negotiations between primary property buyers and developers/ownersUphold the company’s reputation for excellence through consistent professionalismBuild and maintain relationships with developers and investors to enhance and update the property databaseGather and share information, including marketing materials on new developments and local neighborhoods, to evaluate risks and benefitsComplete all necessary paperwork, keeping files organized and compliant with office procedures for documentation and quality assuranceManage time efficiently to ensure all responsibilities are met effectivelyBenefitsCompany Visa + Insurance + RERA(only renewals)Note that this is a COMMISSION based role only and strictly confined to UAE based CandidatesComprehensive and appropriate training shall be given in order to hone the desired skill set in order to achieve analytical excellence in REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT ADVISORY and ALSO EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
