Job Description

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial reports and statements for the corporate office.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations.Manage and maintain the financial accounting systems and processes.Prepare budgets and monitor expenditure to align with financial goals.Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during audits.Identify areas for improvement within finance operations and implement effective solutions. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Proficient in accounting software, particularly SAP or similar ERP systems.Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and tax laws.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.Exceptional communication skills in both English and the local language.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
