With ambitious plans to expand globally in 2025, we are poised for the next phase of growth.With us, you'll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, collaborate with a diverse group of top-notch individuals, and make a tangible impact on the world.What you’ll do Statutory Audit: Manage project coordination among auditors, finance team, and leadership.Internal Financial Controls (IFC): Define, implement, and oversee financial control measures.Customer Invoicing, Collections & Vendor Payments: Support the process, ensuring efficiency, though not leading.Compliances: Take full ownership of compliance processes, identifying and closing minor gaps.Treasury Management: Lead treasury operations while addressing existing inefficiencies.Accounts Closure & MIS: Take the lead in finalizing accounts and management reporting, ensuring execution without gaps.Financial Analysis & Problem-Solving: Research technical topics, identify internal control improvements, and ensure implementation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with leadership and legal teams on financial and regulatory matters.What you'll needMust havesProven experience in internal audits, accounting, and IFC development during or post-articleship.Strong ability to lead compliance, treasury management, and accounts closure efforts, identifying and resolving gaps proactively.Experience managing statutory audits, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring financial controls.Analytical and research skills to understand and implement financial processes and internal controls along with legal compliances.Good-to-HavesConsulting background, with exposure to multiple clients and dynamic requirements.Startup experience, demonstrating adaptability and ownership in high-growth settings.Experience handling customer invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.Why us We're hiring a set of highly skilled, enthusiastic, and passionate people who thrive in a high-growth environment.
