With a global presence and multiple overseas subsidiaries and affiliates, we are seeking a seasoned finance and accounting leader to drive financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations while overseeing consolidated reporting across the international entities.
We seek an experienced Director of Finance & Accounting with a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations. This role will be primarily accounting-driven, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and the consolidation of financial statements across multiple subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will also oversee financial planning at a high level, ensuring sound financial health and operational efficiency.
