As a Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting market research, and analyzing budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure the financial health of the organization.ResponsibilitiesConduct financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-makingPrepare and present financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metricsAnalyze variances between actual and budgeted results, providing insights and recommendations for improvementConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform financial planningAssist in the development of financial strategies and long-term plansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support project evaluationsStay informed of industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate market Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in the real estate industryStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataProficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniquesExperience with financial software and Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of real estate financial principles is a plus Why Join AHS?
