The Position

Join Elevate Semiconductor’s fast-paced and collaborative Operations and Financial Planning team! We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical team player to support business consolidations and financial forecasting. In this highly visible role, you’ll work cross-functionally and provide critical insights to our executive team using tools like Excel and Power BI.

Must be able to work onsite in San Diego, CA.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to drive data-informed decisions across Operations and Finance.
• Support document control efforts, ensuring compliance and accuracy within our operational processes.
• Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by analyzing data, streamlining supply chain workflows, and maintaining configuration management within our MRP system (Tensoft).
• Lead or assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects to support strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in business operations, financial planning, or data analysis.
• Proven, hands-on experience building and managing dashboards in Power BI.
• Working knowledge of Tensoft or similar ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong command of the broader Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the tech or semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines.
• MBA is a plus.
