Apply NowThe Financial Analyst will report into the Senior Manager of Finance, Real Estate Finance. The individual will be responsible for maintaining up to date financial records, handling day to day matters and reporting for Fengate’s Real Estate internal development properties. This role will have the opportunity to interact closely with the Development team, the Investment team and the Finance Funds team and Accounts Payable.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter and genuinely curious; that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; has the ability to multi-task and efficiently prioritize and work under timelines. The individual is detail and process oriented with a high sense of ownership in their work; and has a strong foundation accounting and reporting.

Location & Travel:
The position will be based out of the Oakville office. Fengate offers a Work-Flex policy where employees are allowed to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
