This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about cybersecurity and want to assist clients in enhancing their online security practices.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with Finnish-speaking clients to identify their online security needs and recommend tailored software solutions.Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing cybersecurity measures and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they effectively utilize security software to protect their online assets.Analyze the performance of security solutions and suggest enhancements to optimize their effectiveness.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of security measures.Maintain proactive communication with clients to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technological advancements to provide informed guidance. Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in cybersecurity consulting or a similar role, particularly focusing on online security software.Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risks, and mitigation strategies.Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and deliver tailored recommendations.Ability to translate complex security concepts into understandable language for clients.Familiarity with CRM systems and cybersecurity tools.Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in developing client relationships.
