Now, we’re building a world-class sales organization to accelerate our growth. As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you’ll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and driving our expansion into the Australian market.

What you’ll do

• Identify & Qualify Leads – Engage inbound leads and qualify prospects through discovery calls and consultative sales techniques.

• Drive Outbound Outreach – Research, identify, and engage prospective businesses through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Grow the Sales Pipeline – Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

• Conduct Initial Sales Conversations – Educate prospects on ANNA’s business banking and expense management solutions, identifying key pain points and opportunities.

• Track & Optimize Performance – Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously improve your sales approach based on data-driven insights.

• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

What you’ll need

• 1-2+ years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.

• Proven outbound & inbound sales skills, with experience handling high lead volumes and qualifying opportunities.

• Full-cycle sales expertise – Experience managing the entire process, from lead generation to closing and ongoing account engagement.

• Track record of hitting targets – Ability to consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales goals.

• Strong communication skills – Confident in delivering value propositions and handling objections.

• Self-starter mentality – Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales outreach tools.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role (inside sales, SDR, BDR, account management).

• Background in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS.

• Experience with outbound prospecting tools like HubSpot, Outreach, or SalesLoft.

• Familiarity with the SME landscape and an understanding of their financial needs.
