This position offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic team focused on helping clients enhance their online presence and succeed in the digital landscape.ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to digital marketing and SEO solutions.Assist clients with understanding the company's services and how they can benefit their business.Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the necessary information to get started.Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to provide clients with the best solutions tailored to their needs.Keep up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful advice.Document all customer interactions thoroughly to ensure follow-up and service improvement. Fluency in Flemish and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector.Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Ability to understand and discuss digital marketing concepts, including SEO.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about digital marketing trends and tools.
