The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchisees to expand the company’s brand presence. This role involves developing and implementing franchise sales strategies, managing leads, and guiding potential franchise owners through the sales process.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve growth targets.Identify and qualify potential franchisees through lead generation and outreach efforts.Present the franchise opportunity, including business model, financial requirements, and support structure.Manage the franchise sales pipeline and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees.Conduct market research to identify potential expansion opportunities.Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns and materials for franchise recruitment.Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with franchise agreements and regulations.Assist new franchisees with onboarding and initial business setup.Represent the company at franchise expos, industry conferences, and networking events.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field.Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of franchise laws, agreements, and operational requirements.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to travel as required for meetings and events.Job DescriptionOverview:The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives to generate revenue through inbound and outbound sales efforts. This role involves developing sales strategies, coaching team members, and optimizing sales processes to meet or exceed company targets.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead an inside sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports for leadership.Train and coach sales representatives on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques.Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate sales tracking.Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.Identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in inside sales, sales management, or a related role.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
