Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for software-related positions with BNP Paribas.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations and onboarding support.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a background in recruiting for BNP Paribas Software roles.
• Strong understanding of software development and technology roles within the banking and financial industry.
• Experience in utilizing various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and potential fit within the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a freelance capacity and independently managing your workload.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
