Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Senior Business Development Specialist to focus on the Germany market. In this independent role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth in the German-speaking region. Your expertise in market dynamics and keen understanding of client needs will enable you to formulate effective sales strategies and execute plans that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Germany market to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with market demand.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and reports on market activities and sales performance.
  • Must be based in Greece and proficient in both spoken and written business German & English.
  • Willingness to travel to Germany as needed. 
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales-related roles.
  • Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS)/apps/software products.
  • Demonstrated sales and customer satisfaction track record, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the local market and the related industry is a plus.
  • Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, and strong team collaboration.
  • Innovative with the ability to generate new marketing ideas and strategies.
  • Willingness to work completely remotely as an Independent Contractor.
