In this critical role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them in the integration and optimization of our online payment solutions. Your primary responsibilities include understanding client needs, facilitating their onboarding process, and offering expert advice to ensure smooth operation of payment systems. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their online payment requirements and deliver tailored consultation.
• Assist in the implementation and integration of payment systems into client platforms.
• Provide support for technical inquiries and assist clients with payment processing issues in French.
• Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the use of our payment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the online payment industry and best practices.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or a similar role in online payment systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce practices and online payment solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
• Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective, personalized solutions.
• Technical familiarity with payment platforms and related technologies is a plus.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
