In this essential role, you will provide expert consultation and support to French-speaking clients who are navigating the online payment sector. As e-commerce continues to evolve, your expertise will be critical in aiding clients to implement secure and effective payment solutions.Your responsibilities will include advising clients on tailored payment systems, offering support throughout their onboarding, and ensuring they achieve optimal transaction success. If you have a passion for technology, finance, and exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on board!Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding consultancy services to French-speaking clients regarding online payment solutions.Assist clients in the implementation and customization of payment systems according to their unique needs.Monitor transaction processes while troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless operations.Educate clients on payment compliance and security protocols relevant to their industry.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client feedback.Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and solutions within our CRM system. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
