Analyze and document requirements for overseas (US securities) financial backend systems, including trading, risk control, clearing, and settlement functions. Evaluate industry best practices and contribute to capability roadmap development.

Structure financial backend business logic. Design optimized business and system processes that meet regulatory requirements and operational efficiency goals.

Work with global business teams to implement, refine and maintain core modules, providing comprehensive support for the group's US securities operations.

* Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative fields

* Professional English proficiency (written and spoken) with understanding of US business culture; Cantonese proficiency preferred

* Outstanding analytical skills, fast learning capability, and strong conflict resolution competencies

Preferred Qualifications

* Finance, accounting or audit internship experience

* Demonstrated interest in financial markets with hands-on experience in equities, derivatives or crypto assets

* Relevant professional qualifications (FRM, CFA, SIE or equivalent)

* Familiarity with emerging technologies including AI applications like ChatGPT and DeepSeek
