We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in New Delhi in a hybrid capacity. You will work directly with and be mentored by our CTO.
As the primary Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping the product, driving scalability, and contributing to impactful features. Your work will ensure a robust, flexible, and high-performing infrastructure while maintaining top-tier code quality.
Tech Stack:
- AI API: FastAPI
- Backend: NestJS
- Frontend: Next.js, React Native
- Database: MongoDB
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing scalable web applications from scratch using modern frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with expertise in Next.js (frontend) and NestJS (backend).
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with REST API development, security standards, and integration strategies.
- Some Python development experience and knowledge of FastAPI, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Understanding of deployment, DevOps principles, containerization, and scaling techniques.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a startup environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, enhance, and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces using Next.js.
- Develop and optimize backend services and REST APIs using NestJS.
- Collaborate with the AI team to integrate the FastAPI-based AI layer, occasionally contributing in Python.
- Work closely with the product team to develop user-centric features.
- Ensure scalability and reliability of the MongoDB database, optimizing data interactions.
- Follow best practices for clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Take an active role in architecture decisions, technology selection, and development processes.
- Manage deployment pipelines, infrastructure scaling, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Mentor and support future engineering team members as the team grows.
