As a General Manager – IT, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the organization’s technology strategy, ensuring seamless information capture, distribution, and adoption. This senior management position requires a strategic mindset to drive IT excellence, optimize technology infrastructure, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives.
• Ensure reliable, real-time dashboards for all roles to enhance decision-making.
• Minimize system downtime through proactive monitoring and optimization.
• Enable passive data capture across all business processes.
• Optimize and maintain a responsive technology stack aligned with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Management, Information Technology, or Project Management, OR BE/BTech in a relevant field.
