We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead and optimize our global procurement and operations function. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in procurement-heavy industries, retail, FMCG, and modern trade formats. The incumbent will drive cost efficiencies, process improvements, and international trade strategies while managing multi-SKU bulk procurement across diverse geographies.

Key Qualifications:

•  MBA in Operations or Purchase (Preferred: Certifications in International Trade, EXIM, Foreign Trade, Six Sigma, and Costing).

Experience & Expertise:

•  12+ years of leadership experience in global procurement and operations, particularly in procurement-intensive industries, retail, or FMCG.
• Proven expertise in hedging, futures trading, and understanding of international business dynamics.
• Extensive experience in multi-SKU bulk procurement (8-10 years) across Asia, the Far East, the Middle East, and Europe.
