Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support, guidance, and consultancy to ensure clients effectively utilize our AI products to drive business success. Join us as we shape the future of AI, and take advantage of our attractive relocation package!Your ResponsibilitiesProvide consultancy and support to German-speaking clients regarding our artificial intelligence solutions.Identify client needs and deliver tailored AI solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.Document customer inquiries and specifications accurately in our CRM system.Engage in training sessions on new AI product updates and functionalities.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.Experience in customer consultancy or technical support is preferred.Strong interest in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Analytical skills to identify and solve client issues effectively.Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.Willingness to relocate and embrace new opportunities!
